What we do with what you send us.

What is stored

When you submit either form, we store what you typed into it — for employers: company, your name, job title, work email, phone, company size, and optionally your payroll system and a message. For employees: your name, employer, and optionally email, phone, city, your HR contact and a message.

Alongside that we store three technical details: the time of the submission, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. They are there to stop the form being abused, and for nothing else.

Why

To reply to you, and to know who to contact when eSulfa opens. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside eSulfa, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Where it goes

Into a file on the web host, readable only by the site's own account, and to one eSulfa mailbox. There is no analytics service, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script on this site — so nobody else receives any of it.

Cookies

This site sets none. Your language choice is kept in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.

How long we keep it

Until eSulfa launches and we have contacted you, or twelve months from your submission — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Getting it deleted

Write to support@esulfa.com and ask. We will delete it and confirm that we have. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.

This is the website, not the app

The eSulfa app and the service behind it handle employment data under separate terms, which will be published before launch. Two things about it are settled and worth saying here: eSulfa never receives your salary figure — your employer returns a yes or no, not a number — and biometric data used to authorise a request never leaves your device.
